SHOW PROMOTION
OASIS promotes all three of their quality shows by using a strategic mix of direct mail, e-mail, web and print ads with major publications such as Giftware News and Souvenirs Gifts and Novelties. OASIS also does telemarketing directly to retailers and buyers for that personal touch to encourage their attendance.

We offer many exciting, inexpensive (even free) and effective marketing opportunities. In addition, we are always looking for unique product shots for our promotional pieces. Each 10’x10’ booth includes 8’ backdrape, 3’ side drapes, 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and company sign.

Deposit Information
Full deposit amounts are due at the time your contract is submitted. Deposits may be made by check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All payments must come directly from the contracted exhibitor who signs the Space Agreement. Please submit the following amount based on the area in which you are exhibiting and the number of booths purchased:

• 1 Booth: Full Amount
• 2+ Booths: 50%

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. OASIS shall determine and refund to the applicant its proportionate share of the balance of the aggregate exhibit fee received, if any, which remains after deducting expenses incurred by OASIS and reasonable compensation to OASIS, but in no case shall the amount of the refund to the applicant exceed the amount of the exhibit fee paid. Cancellation of the Contract by the Exhibitor will not result in a refund, credit or transfer of exhibit space.

Marketing Cancellations
All marketing cancellations must be submitted in writing to OASIS no later than January 5, 2011. If artwork has not been provided by this deadline and written cancellation has not been received, exhibitor is responsible for full payment of advertising.

Show Guide Advertising
OASIS does not create ads or make modifications to the required specifications. We will insert your booth number into your ad, if indicated. Ads will be kept on file for one show cycle, after which if not re-used, they will be destroyed.

Ads that do not meet the following specifications will NOT be accepted: Full page trim size is 8x10, Half page trim size is 8x5. Ads that bleed MUST include an additional 1/8” on all sides. All images must be CMYK or grayscale. Ads can be mailed on CD or can be emailed. Accepted formats are InDesign or .pdf. All necessary fonts and images must be included. Image must be 300 DPI at 100%. Please send a copy of your original file, as CD’s will not be returned.
